Hi there!

My name is Adem Omondi Wyclife. I am a highly motivated and responsible individual with a strong background in horticulture and IT. I obtained my BSc degree in Horticulture from Maseno University and have since gained extensive knowledge and experience in cultivation, propagation and care of horticultural crops.

I am a result-oriented person who likes to set goals and understand the necessary steps to achieve them. I possess exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, and I am good at managing my time effectively. I always take initiative in undertaking tasks and fulfilling obligations within stipulated timeframes.

In my career, I have achieved numerous accomplishments, including the safe and effective use of crop protection products, health, safety and environmental policies training, and leading a research team that carried out experimental trials on some notorious pest and disease problems in horticultural crops.

Previously, I have worked as a Senior Research Assistant at JAL Agriculture Research, Training, and Consultancy, Kisaju branch. I coordinated staff leave schedules, laid out new trials, and ensured data accuracy and collection. I have also worked as a General Worker at Ngong Veg Ltd and an Attachee at PJ Dave flowers, Isinya, where I gained skills in machinery repairs, grafting of roses, and crop protection and maintenance techniques, among others.
