>Spearheaded the revamping of the Induction Program and formulated the

corresponding documents to achieve effective integration of new employees.

>Led the re-organization of the HR unit to serve under a Shared Services

Framework for the HR team.

>Streamlined the Leave Management process.

>Coordinated the set-up of the Performance Management System up to the

development of all scorecards.

>Interim appointment to the Strategy Oversight Committee.
