I am an experienced Internal Auditor, Accountant and Finance professional with 24+ years’ experience in Internal audit,Accounting and Financial management with world-class multinational oil & gas companies in Kenya notably Kenya Shell, Chevron/Caltex and TOTAL, with broad knowledge of audit & complaince, risk management and Forensic audits. I am well versed with preparing reports for the Management Audit Committee (MAC) and Board Audit Committee (BAC). I have hands-on experience of managing Internal Audits and External Audits, preparation of Risk-and-Controls Matrix (RCM) and computer-aided audits. I have hands-on experience in Financial planning, budgeting & forecasting, financial reporting and company-wide performance evaluation. About six years manufacturing experience, knowledge of best manufacturing practices and 14 years’ experience using SAP.
